<p style="margin: 0.0px 0.0px 16.0px 0.0px; font: 13.0px Times;">A brief review of RHIC data suggesting the QCD plasma may be effectively<span style="font: 13.0px Lucida Grande;"> </span>strongly coupled will be given. The picture of the perturbative QCD<span style="font: 13.0px Lucida Grande;"> </span>plasma will be compared and contrasted with the picture emerging from<span style="font: 13.0px Lucida Grande;"> </span>studies of the strongly coupled plasma using the AdS/CFT conjecture.</p>
